Evangelism and Church Planting

It is our mission as given to us by our Lord Jesus Christ in terms of Matthew 28:19 to make disciples of all nations, and to achieve this purpose, Christ himself gave the Apostles, the Prophets, the Evangelists, the Pastors and the Teachers  to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be build up. Ephesians 4:11-12.

Our Goal is to be witnesses, proclaim our Lord Jesus Christ to the Nations as our Lord and Saviour, to guide new disciples to the light which is Jesus Christ, to teach them sound doctrine based on Gods undistorted word so that they may be baptised and respond to the call of the Holy Spirit to be ordained by Christ as Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers who can do the same for other new disciples they would win for the Lord and ensure the planting of new Churches.

We call on every man and woman:

• Who is seeking God.
• Who wants to change his/her life and be a disciple of Jesus Christ.
• Who has the calling of the Lord to be an Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher

Heavenly Father we pray, through our Lord Jesus Christ who strengthens us, that you bless everyone who reads and shares this message, Lord we pray that you materialise our plan to grow Spiritually and in our Numbers by winning new souls/disciples whom to teach your word and direct them to plant new Churches to your Glory, Amen.  

Sunday School

Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old, they will not turn from it. Proverbs 22:6.

Sunday School presents the building blocks for our children's faith. Learning Gods word is a journey that needs to start at childhood so that as adults it will be easier for our children to keep Gods commandments. As our children have the right to play, we plant the seeds of Gods word in them so that when they arrive at the age of attending Children's Ministry, they have the bases they need for their spiritual gifts to show. 

Children's Ministry

For when I was a child, I talked like child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. 1 Corinthians 13:11. 

Children's Ministry allows children to discover their gifts at an early stage of their life and learn in church to enjoy to use their gifts for the delight of the Lord. Children engaged in our children's ministry will become aware of the dangers that our current fast paced life dominated by social media holds and learn to avoid the ills that come with social media influences. Children's Ministry will prepare our children for a responsible teenage-hood and young-adult life in Christ.  

Mothers Guild

In Titus 2:3-7 The Bible teach us that Elder women should live in a way that honours God and that they should teach other      women what is good. For this reason we look up to the elder women in our church to be guides not only to our younger women but to all our church members, "to impart wisdom (1 Corinthians 2:6), a kind of wisdom which is not from this age or time", to show us and our communities by the way they live their personal life that it is possible to lead a life that pleases God. 

  Here we urge all women to join us and assist us to:

• Make more women disciples for the Lord.
• Building a new movement that will develop and maintain social relationships in our  communities.
• Teach and guide us as a church on how we can help other women cope with the current challenges that face women.
• Strike a power equilibrium that is essential to the flourishing of young girls, young women and elderly women in our communities.

Fathers Guild

In Genesis 1:27, God has appointed men and women, this verse teach us that God created mankind (Male and Female) in his own image, to be in equal partnership. this equality pertains to executing their worldly mandate in Genesis 1:28, which states "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground." God gave this mandate to both males and females, thus both male and females are entitled to be leaders on earth, because Gods commands and blessings include women. 

Men have a responsibility to love, Mark 12:31, teach us that one should love your neighbours as yourself, meaning the same as you love yourself, further denoting that one should be kind, compassionate and generous to others. The word neighbours is broad enough to include every fellow human being such as ones own wife or even communities, but in Ephesians 5:25-31 the message is narrowed with specific reference for "love for ones own wife." 

As a Church we understand that the traditional roles of men and women has changed, and it is the purpose of the Fathers  Guild to:

• Guide men in terms of Gods word, in relation to their relationship with God, the church, their wifes, families and in their communities.
• Engage men to become gender activists in their families and communities.
• Educate men about what constitutes toxic masculinity (as informed by peer pressure, cultural pressure and exhibitionism of manliness through aggression and violence) 

As a church we believe in equal partnership between man and women in Gods work, family and community life, read 1 Corinthians 11:12 which states "However, in the Lord, neither is woman independent of man, nor is man independent of the woman." and also read Ephesians 5:31, which states that "for this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh."  

Fellowship & Prayer Groups

Fellowship is about cooperation amongst Gods children, worshiping together, doing Gods work together to ensure his will is done on earth. Acts 2:42-47, teach us about the true fellowship the early Christians had, they were devoted to the teachings of the Apostles, fellowship, breaking of the bread, and prayer further that all the believers were together and they had everything in common. they met everyday in the Temple, they broke bread in their homes ate it together with glad and sincere hearts. They praised God and the Lord added new believers to their numbers on a daily bases. They raised funds for the needy by selling their properties and possessions. As a church this is the kind of fellowship we are committed to and to achieve it, we acknowledge that prayer is key to fellowship.

Prayer groups are thus important part of our ministries as a Christians church because they offer an opportunity for fellowship.

The bible teach us that we should pray, whether we are happy or sad, we should confess our sins to each other, pray for each other and further that prayers offered in faith brings healing. read James 5:13-18.

Church Choir

Psalm 96:1-4 puts it most suitably when it states " Sing to the Lord a new song, sing to the Lord all the earth, Sing to the Lord praise his name, proclaim his salvation day after day. Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples. For great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; he is to be feared above all gods". 

God has given us various gifts and the gift of song is amongst these gifts, our choir offers an opportunity for the musically inclined to serve God through song, to sing to the congregation all those difficult songs that breath life into our Sunday fellowship, funeral services, and other services. It offers an opportunity for fellowship and makes us proud during inter-church competitions, it brings together our diverse languages in a church through song and it definitely attracts and saves souls for the Lord.

We invite you to become part of our musical ministry, be you a vocalist, pianist, drummist or a guitarist you are well come to serve the Lord through song.

School for Pastors & Ordinations

We are training Pastors/Ministers for our church in all provinces of South Africa through the Alkebulan Bible Institute which is our training arm.

Once you have completed our two year inhouse Bible School Diploma, we will Ordain and Licence you as a Pastor/Minister of the Alkebulan Christian Ministries.

Do you have the calling of the Lord to be an Independent Pastor/Minister?

Once you have completed our two years inhouse Bible School Diploma, we will Ordain and Licence you as an Independent Pastor/Minister under our affiliation. Failure to comply with our affiliation code of conduct will result in disciplinary action and deregistration as a Pastor/Minister.

Where ever you are in South Africa, you can start right away with our courses, send us an email or a WhatsApp and we will send you further information. We offer this training as part of our mandate in terms of the Bible, Matthew 28:19-20.

Our courses are not yet accredited with any Sector Education and Training Authority (seta) and they are not academic based but they are Bible Study Courses or Bible Based Theology, based on the living word of God and they are primarily meant for the purposes of teaching and ordaining Ministers for our church.
